One boat or several: describe each separately
For multiple boats, do not assume one condition assessment or release applies to the whole lot. State which records belong to each hull and who may authorize it. A vessel left by a tenant or previous owner needs its own authority review.
List visible damage, current supports and unknown history without entering unsafe boats, starting machinery or moving them to make photographs. For junk boat removal, ask which method can be assessed for each vessel rather than assume every size and condition is accepted.
Sequence and space in a storage lot
Show where each boat sits relative to gates, buildings and other vehicles. Describe known gate dimensions, turning room, ground and visible overhead restrictions. Do not approach utilities or move supports or neighboring equipment yourself.
Identify who controls site entry and working hours. Explain any obstruction without assuming the boat can be winched, cut or lifted past it. A suitable assessed sequence matters where one boat blocks another, but no particular equipment or first-visit outcome is guaranteed.
Different collection sites need separate details
If a vessel is at a dock or marina rather than the Stonecrest storage address, provide its actual facility, berth and operator contact. A nearby lake or public launch is not permission to use that site for commercial recovery.
Describe whether the boat floats, is grounded or partly submerged. For sailboats, include mast status, rigging and keel. Ask which recovery, lifting, tow and road transport tasks are being assessed; these are not interchangeable with an ordinary driveway collection.
Agree receiving and preparation for each hull
For boat disposal, ask what the actual recipient accepts and who assesses preparation. Identify fuel, oil, batteries and suspected hazardous contents without opening, draining, discharging or mixing them.
